For investors, the MEA Region is a special market, mainly due to the prestige and pace of projects implemented there. Therefore, it is our great pleasure to inform you about our new reference facility - the administration building, which is a part of the Bayan Palace complex in Kuwait.

Bayan Palace features a unique combination of up-to-dateness with the architecture displaying the traditional forms of the Arabic art. The Palace is the principal residence of the King of Kuwait Shiekh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in which he meets official delegations of the most important representatives of countries, who visit this region.

The building, in which various administrative units will be situated, including the offices of the high-ranking officials, will be put in operation in 2014.
