CASING

The casing consists of panels made of mineral wool covered on both sides with metal sheet with zinc-magnesium coating - Magnelis®. The panels are characterised by corrosivity class C5. The thickness of the panels is 50 mm and the thermal insulation is mineral wool.

POURED GASKET

High tightness of inspection panels has been achieved through the use of a poured gasket. The gasket is continuous along its entire length and is also microbiologically neutral.

HEAT RECOVERY

Two types of heat recovery are available in the units: - rotary heat exchanger (condensation or sorption) - heat recovery efficiency up to 90%; purge sector with adjustable angle - counterflow heat exchanger with by-pass - made of aluminium; heat recovery efficiency up to 90%; operating temperature range: -40ºC to +90ºC

CONTROLS

The units use multifunctional controls integrated into the unit, configured and ready for operation. The controls is located in the exhaust air path, which protects it from condensation on its components. In addition, it is possible to connect service equipment without opening the air handling unit. The units can also be remotely serviced via: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM.

VTS CLOUD

The VTS Group company created its own cloud solution called VTS Cloud. It is dedicated to compact and modular air-handling units with VTS Group controls. The main advantages of using VTS Cloud are: energy monitoring and optimisation, intelligent control, diagnostics and maintenance, cooperation with BMS.

Fan set

Efficient, low-noise fan set with high-efficiency EC motor of IE4 class.

Duct connection type
according to size

Units in sizes 11 and 14 are equipped with round ventilation duct connections, while units in sizes 22 to 56 feature rectangular ventilation duct connections.

Connecting service equipment without opening the unit

The front panel of the units is equipped with RJ12 and Ethernet communication ports, which allow you to connect to the unit without opening the air handling unit.

mHMI application

VTS Group provides the mHMI application, which enables commissioning, monitoring of operation and management of parameters of VENTUS compact and modular air handling units. The app connects to the air handling unit using GSM technology (VTS Cloud) or Bluetooth, depending on the user's preference. TThe application can be downloaded from the Google Play and AppStore.
