PROVISIONS
The
controller of the personal data collected through the mobile application called
"mHMI" (hereinafter: "the Application") is VTS Group S.A.,
having its registered office at 20, rue de l'Industrie, L-8399 Windhof,
Luxembourg, RCS number B123449, hereinafter: "the Administrator".
Personal
data collected by the Administrator through the Application will be processed
in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard
to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and
repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter
referred to as "GDPR", and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May
2018.

ACCESS
TO DATA
The
Application allows the user to control the air handling unit (hereinafter
referred to as the "unit") via a Bluetooth connection. In order to
fully use the App, access to the following services and devices is required:

application does not store or share any user data or information related to the
use of the air
handling unit or the application. All of the above-mentioned
data will only be stored in the memory of the mobile device on which the
application is installed, until the application is deleted by the user.
DATA
PROCESSING, SECURITY, STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL
User
account
The
mHMI mobile application does not create an external user account in order to
respect your privacy.
FINAL
PROVISIONS
The
provisions of the RODO and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply
to matters not covered by this Privacy Policy.
The
Privacy Policy may be continuously reviewed and updated.
