TechnoHub 4 – A New Technology Hub in Dubai Silicon Oasis with VTS Group AHUs.

We are pleased to share that VTS has delivered HVAC units for TechnoHub 4, a brand-new G+3 state-of-the-art office building located in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO).

Designed specifically for technology, robotics, and AI companies, TechnoHub 4 offers flexible, open-plan commercial spaces with floorplates ranging from 11,700 sq. ft. to over 33,000 sq. ft., with a total built-up area of approximately 122,000 sq. ft. available for lease.

As part of this development, VTS supplied 2 FAHUs and 231 FCUs, supporting the building’s modern HVAC system and ensuring reliable indoor comfort.
