CRAH UNITS – COMPACT PRECISION COOLING

VTS CRAH (Computer Room Air Handler) units provide:

• Cooling capacity: 20 – 250 kW
• Dry air operating conditions and chilled water parameters tailored to the project requirements

FAN WALL UNITS – MODULAR SCALABILITY

For large data halls and hyperscale applications, VTS Group Fan Wall Units provide:

• Nominal airflow: 30,000 – 90,000 CFM (51 000 m³/h - 153 000 m³/h)
• Cooling capacity: 200 – 600 kW
• Dry air operating conditions and chilled water parameters tailored to the project requirements

Both CRAH and Fan Wall units incorporate an advanced Plug & Play Control System, offering:

• Delta T regulation between supply and return air
• Supply air temperature precision control
• Room or return air control strategies
• Integrated standby and emergency operation modes
• Redundancy management for up to 16 units
• The integrated Energy Valve ensures pressure-independent chilled water flow while enabling energy measurement and eliminating the need for manual hydraulic balancing.

Advanced Sensors Provide:

• CRAH units: optimized packaging with 10–12 units per truck or container
• Delivered in two transport packages (heat exchanger cube + fan cube)
• Fan Wall cubes optimized for standard container transport
• Special base frame enabling safe forklift handling without crane lifting eyes
