VENTUS Platinium – New Compact AHUs by VTS Group

VTS Group is proud to introduce the new line of air handling units - VENTUS Platinium. These units have been designed from the ground up to meet the highest requirements in terms of efficiency, quality, and ease of use.

VENTUS Platinium is not a modification of existing models but a completely new solution that combines modern materials, advanced controls, and technologies that increase energy efficiency. Thanks to attention to every detail of the construction, VENTUS Platinium ensures reliability and durability, making it an ideal solution for even the most demanding designers and users of ventilation systems.

In the first stage, the units will be available in the following markets: Europe and LATAM.

Key features and benefits

• Certified quality and durability

The casing of the VENTUS Platinium units is made of 50 mm thick panels filled with mineral wool and covered with steel with an innovative Magnelis® coating, which provides exceptional corrosion resistance – C5.

The VENTUS Platinium units are certified by Eurovent, ensuring thermal and mechanical parameters in the classes: T2, TB2, L1, D1 and F9.

The air handling unit has been designed to be installed without the use of sealing and adhesive sealant. The sealing of the elements is carried out using gaskets that meet hygiene requirements.

The devices feature a mechanically poured gasket, ensuring high tightness, microbiological neutrality, and continuity along its entire length. Additionally, the unit's tightness is improved by a new handle system with adjustable roller located inside the panel. 

• Fan sets with EC motors

VENTUS Platinium units are equipped with fan sets featuring high-efficiency EC motor of IE4 class, with Active Power Factor Correction (APFC), this mitigates harmonic distortion in the power supply network and improves power quality. 

• High-performance heat exchangers

The VENTUS Platinium units offer two types of high-performance heat exchangers: rotary (condensing or sorption) and counterflow heat exchangers (HEX) made of aluminum. Both types ensure high efficiency, achieving up to 90% heat recovery, ensuring cost savings and environmental friendliness. 

• Advanced controls and remote access to the unit

VENTUS Platinium units are equipped with multifunctional controls, ensuring full control and ease of use. The controls system is placed in the exhaust air path, effectively protecting its components from condensation and ensuring reliable operation even under difficult conditions.

The controls is fully integrated and ready to use right after installation (Plug & Play). Service access is optimized – allowing service devices to be connected without opening the AHU.

VTS Group offers the mHMI app, which allows users to manage VENTUS Platinium air hanling units from mobile devices. The app is available on Google Play and the App Store.

Additionally, users have access to the VTS Cloud platform, which provides advanced smart control features, remote diagnostics, and integration with Building Management Systems (BMS). Through VTS Cloud, users can precisely adjust device settings to current operating conditions, optimizing energy consumption and monitoring the system's technical status in real time. The platform also enables notifications for required maintenance, increasing reliability and system efficiency.

VTS Cloud allows users to fully utilize the potential of VENTUS Platinium technology, ensuring maximum comfort, efficiency, and energy savings. 

• Compact design

Thanks to their compact design, VENTUS Platinium units can easily moved through a standard door opening 90 cm wide. This feature greatly simplifies unit installation, especially in spaces with limited access or in existing buildings where expanding entryways is not feasible – ideal for "retrofit" projects. 

• Environmental responsibility

The new VENTUS Platinium units from VTS Group are not only efficient and durable but also an environmentally conscious choice. Thanks to the innovative Magnelis® coating, these units boast exceptional corrosion resistance while having minimal environmental impact.

Magnelis® allows for a significant reduction in zinc consumption, contributing to the conservation of natural resources and lowering emissions of harmful substances into the soil. The coating also features a lower carbon footprint over its long-term use and product lifecycle, making the VENTUS Platinium units more eco-friendly.
