The casing consists of panels made of mineral wool covered on both sides with metal sheet with zinc-magnesium coating - Magnelis®. The panels are characterised by corrosivity class C5. The thickness of the panels is 50 mm and the thermal insulation is mineral wool.

High tightness of inspection panels has been achieved through the use of a poured gasket. The gasket is continuous along its entire length and is also microbiologically neutral.

Two types of heat recovery are available in the units: - rotary heat exchanger (condensation or sorption) - heat recovery efficiency up to 90%; purge sector with adjustable angle - counterflow heat exchanger with by-pass - made of aluminium; heat recovery efficiency up to 90%; operating temperature range: -40ºC to +90ºC

The units use multifunctional controls integrated into the unit, configured and ready for operation. The controls is located in the exhaust air path, which protects it from condensation on its components. In addition, it is possible to connect service equipment without opening the air handling unit. The units can also be remotely serviced via: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM.

The VTS Group company created its own cloud solution called VTS Cloud. It is dedicated to compact and modular air-handling units with VTS Group controls. The main advantages of using VTS Cloud are: energy monitoring and optimisation, intelligent control, diagnostics and maintenance, cooperation with BMS.
