The American VENTUS modular air handling units are units with, wide and universal applications, characterised by the possibility of individual configuration tailored to the needs and preferences of the customer.

The units are selected using the ClimaCAD OnLine software.

Design

The VENTUS air handling units are made of baked polyurethane panels covered with AluZinc sheets (AZ 150). In addition, the structures are reinforced by aluminum structural pillars, a steel cage of the fan section, as well as steel base frames.

The American VENTUS air handling units have an extensive sealing system. These devices are equipped with sealing fins which ensure labyrinthine seals, and thermal inserts that guarantee the breaking of all thermal bridges.

Energy efficiency

The American VENTUS AVS AHUs can be equipped with various key components: heat wheels, cross-flow plates, glycol heat exchangers, heating coils, and cooling coils.

Controls

For management of our American VENTUS air handling units we recommend our control application based on BACnet connection, supporting all advanced control functions and variable ways of external communication including integration with Building Management Systems.

Rooftop application

The American VENTUS air handling units are adapted to rooftop applications. Devices are equipped, among others in: roof and curb ready reails.

Selection software
ClimaCAD OnLine 4 (CCOL4) is the authorial VTS selection software.

The software uses the latest technologies and programming platforms. The biggest advantage of this system is the fact that the it is available from anywhere in the world, all you need is a device with a web browser and access to the Internet.

The software includes modules for the optimal selection of units in terms of parametric and cost as well as innovative generators of Revit objects or 2D and 3D dwg files. Generators provide properly immediate availability of .rfa and .dwg files for any units configuration. The system also offers the ability to automatically generate a submittal file of selected units. Full parameters are available in .pdf, .html and .rfa files.
