Zalando Bydgoszcz distribution center with VTS Group air handling units.

We are pleased to announce the successful delivery of air handling units to the Zalando Distribution Center in Bydgoszcz, carried out in cooperation with Polonez PLUS. As part of this project, we delivered 40 VVS300 air handling units.

The Zalando logistics center in Bydgoszcz was built on a plot of 30 hectares. The facility, with a total area of 140,000 sqm and half a kilometer long, includes warehouses holding 7 million products, office space and facilities for suppliers. The center will be operated by a external logistics operator and equipped with, among other things, modern parcel sorters.

The facility features the latest energy solutions, such as reinforced thermal insulation for the buildings, electric vehicle charging stations, a rainwater management system, intelligent greenery management and photovoltaic panels on the roof.

Thanks to a joint effort, it was possible to create a modern and efficient logistics center that will serve for many years, raising the standards of the distribution industry.
