Exciting News from one of our projects at The Bell @ 225 W. Randolph in Chicago!

Teaming up with our trusted Illinois Representative, Midwest Applied Solutions, we delivered exceptional results. Eight AVS170 DOAS units, each delivering 17,500 CFM for a total of 140,000 CFM of outside air with energy recovery wheels, were deployed for the building.

The project presented unique challenges, but our team’s dedication and expertise prevailed. Despite space constraints, we utilized the existing freight elevator to bring modules up to the 21st floor, avoiding the need for knockdown construction.

This success story underscores the importance of collaboration and expertise in overcoming challenges and delivering outstanding results.
