Another step in VTS Group global strategy – new location of company headquarters

'In recent years we have been observing increased dynamics of market changes. They include technology, customer expectations and increased pressure on the economics of applied solutions. We see this tendency and are aware of the fact that one cannot think about being a leader in his industry and meanwhile rely solely on traditional business models. In our opinion, it is not enough to talk about improving quality, because the word ‘improvement’ suggests there is some kind of a ‘value gap’, a field to enhance. In contrary, we want such a gap not to appear at all. We want our management system to monitor continuously all  factors affecting the target product and customer satisfaction. It will identify even the slightest changes, so that we will be able to react and take appropriate decisions.’ – says Hanna Siek-Zagórska, the President of VTS Group Management Board.

The management system is like puzzles. Each element has to fit to make the whole image complete and consistent. Therefore all actions concerning quality refer to all company areas. The new location is another step following the new product offer, price policy, new standards of customer service and organisational structure. The Management Board intended to choose such a location, which resembles the new quality and dynamic development of VTS Group. As far as prestige and equipment are concerned, Olivia Tower has the highest available rank – A. It is a part of the largest business and office centre in Northern Poland - Olivia Business Centre. The high standard of this location is confirmed by being selected by such recognizable brands, as: Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Bayer, IBM, T-Mobile, Energa, PKO BP and many others. The neighbourhood of the University of Gdańsk campus is also a huge asset. The new venue is modern, furnished and arranged in accordance with the latest global trends. It is perfectly adjusted to the requirements and expectations of our company and will definitely facilitate our further development and establish our position on global markets – continues Hanna Siek-Zagórska, the President of VTS Group Management Board.
